In 1918, Désiré Cordier became owner of Château Talbot, one of the most prestigious growths in Saint-Julien.
100 years later, the Bignon-Cordier family, still at the head of the estate, are celebrating this anniversary by unveiling a very special bottle.
To celebrate this memorable anniversary, we have decided to honour this 2018 vintage with a unique screen-printed bottle, for the entire production in 75 cl.

The other formats (half-bottles, magnums, double magnums, etc.) will have a special label, reflecting the aesthetics of the 75 cl bottle.

A PILLAR OF THE MAIN CELLAR AS A SYMBOL

A real technical and aesthetic feat, the main barrel cellar is supported by impressive concrete pillars forming a forest that seems to open up to the sky.

Nancy Bignon-Cordier chose the strong symbolism of these pillars, in turn evoking vines, trees and roots embedded in the terroir, to represent her family’s 100th vintage at Talbot.

2018, A REMARKABLE VINTAGE

Elegant and distinguished, it is faithful to the profile of the great wines of Château Talbot. Its tannic structure, subtle and refined, its finesse and concentration, give it perfect balance and herald the assurance of a long life ahead of it.
